RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!! DO NOT WORK WITH DAVID F. COLEMAN. He has ZERO integrity, will scheme, cut corners, manipulate, and is NOT a honest person. He takes zero responsibility when he’s done wrong and is caught in a lie! He’s just not a decent human being. Do not waste your time. Literally hire ANYONE else and you’ll be in better hands. SERIOUSLY...DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. If he’s managing a property your renting...good luck. I’d move as soon as possible.
