Disappointed. Messed me about in the coleraine store. Spent near 200 on handles and hinges and put 5 on back order. They were supposed to phone me on Tuesday when they were to arrive but did not do that. I called in Wednesday and they said the wrong handles were ordered and thats why they never phoned me. I had to get a refund asap as ths joiners were there the next day to put up the doors. Also no apologies offered either. Sad way to be treated as a returning customer. Got sorted in bnq instead.

Help available if you want to queue, but no-one wants to approach you to ask if help is needed. They also ignore you if you email an enquiry.
