Called today to trade a riding lawn mower to a new one. Mine is a deere about 10 years old but in excellent condition and comes with a bagger. Was quoted 100 buxs for mine. What a slap in my face. Then your new one is only 600 buxs not the 3000 you think you should get. Never again will I own a deere or deal with this place. Salesman just flat rude and acts like I was lying on condition. Maybe get out in the real world like deere salesman used to and find out what customers are like. Never go here

VanWall did aga job working on all of my ATVs in the last few months. Excellent communication, excellent technicians and excellent front office support. Recently Cheyenne helped out in the front office and kept me informed during the process and Chris the technician called me on updates ordered parts and saved me some cash. I think Van Wall has come a long way in the last couple years in customer service and I'm happy to keep doing business with them.
