Not sure who I talked to which is a bummer because I would have like to remember her name, but she was really sweet. Everything was quick and easy, paid off my defaulted debt for a medical bill and was sent on my way. Thank you for the professionalism and the sincere positive attitude. I'm sure this job is not fun at times, so keep up the good work.

I cannot imagine what an awful job this would be, based on the reviews I see listed below. I did in-fact have a bill I defaulted on, not fun- but nevertheless my responsibly- not theirs. Janette was wonderful to deal with. Personable and a pleasure to speak with. Good for her for keeping that kind of attitude with such a thankless job.

These people will harass you over the phone and ask for you to verify private information but won’t tell you who they are or what this company does. They say google it if you want. I have called and let them know if they continue to call me and not identify who they are or what they are calling about I will take legal action. Stop calling me I don’t owe this company money or have ever done business with this company.
