I'm not very happy with Action Sports. I picked a Can Am defender in April during the covid-19 shelter in place. Can Am was running a great special in financing. I ordered the utv and a roof. Roof was not in stock and wouldn't be there for a few days. No big deal. Covid-19 right. I call in and get all the paperwork done. Action Sports even delivered the can am. Was very pleased at this point. This is wear things started to turn. A week later I get a call from Terri saying to please come by and sign new paperwork. She put the wrong VIN number on the financing. Still not a huge deal. Just put me out because their hours are all over the place. Asked about the roof...no word yet. 2 months go by and I decided to call up and ask about the roof. They had come in but had forget to notify me. This frustrated me. So I load up the can am the next morning. I have to show up to work late because they don't open until 9. Still not a huge deal. I show up at 9 drop off the can am and while they have it to go ahead and install a gun rack. Young man at the service desks goes and grabs it and says everything will be good to go at the end of the day. Come by at 5 to pick up. Roof is installed but no gun rack. It's just in the bed of the can am. When I asked the service department rep why it wasn't installed he gives me a long line about how the hardware isn't there. How do you have the part but not the hardware? He suggests to leave the can am but doesn't know when the hardware will be in. I actually use my can am daily so that wasn't an option. I know just wrote a mouthful, but this business is unorganized and has terrible communication. I will likely use them for only the warranty but I was extremely disappointed in my experience so far.
