Great company to deal with. The technician (Nick) went above and beyond to help fix my mini split in sub 20* weather. Came back out and called numerous times to make sure we were gonna make it through the cold winter storm. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you!

I’m still trying to figure out how I purchase a brand new complete AC unit from you just under two years ago had a service problem and and explained to your your technician everything was clean the capacitor look good but I didn’t test it. Your technician Louise comes out I explain the situation to him then he just suppository changes the capacitor and tells me It is under warranty and charge me 325 for a 10 part and then your price is like 289 regularly along with a 89 service charge. I was given no option and never saw the old part at the testing with an ohm meter for continuity. He could have just left the “warranty part” as he didn’t explain truthfully ahead of time what was going on. that’s cheating people and I had no choice as he should’ve just left me the part as Louise knew I was perfectly capable and understood the working and the part and had the unit disassembled with the capacitor in plane view. On the surface you seem like a good company, but it is not so when you price gouge on your parts.
