Henry is low pressure and helps fulfill your automotive needs and dreams....the receptionists are helpful and always smiling...everyone says hello when they walk by...its a completely different automotive experience....

Customer is well informed from start to finish, and the experience of waiting is comfortably provided, with roomy seating, snack options and a pleasant atmosphere. All positive.

Today was no different... from my first interaction with Scott to my amazing service advisor Catherine, I was in and out in no time and had a nice visit with Bob (checking out the new Insight Touring Hybrid) while I waited for my service to be completed! If you're in the market for a new car, this is def the place you should be! I only drive Honda and I only buy Allen!!!!

I came in for a routine oil and filter change and I was very pleased with the service. They were quick, kept me updated, and very friendly. I like that they show a video of the technician inspecting my vehicle while I was waiting so I knew what suggested service items were going to be discussed with the Advisor. I'll add that I was visiting from the Austin/Round Rock area and was happy to find that prices were more reasonable here at Allen Honda than where I'm from.
