My sister ordered me an arrangement but I never received it. The store notified her it had been delivered and my address was correct but I received nothing. We contacted the store repeatedly but no one will answer. Looking through the reviews it seems common practice not to answer the phone. It has been impossible to get a refund.

We wanted to do something extraordinary to convey our sincere appreciation to my son’s teachers during Bryan ISD Teacher Appreciation week. Haley and her team went above and beyond in making that happen. Not only did they feel special, but one of the teachers loved it so much, she said she was “spoiled”. It was absolutely perfect. I can’t thank you enough for helping make today amazing for them.

Had a great experience with ordering and picking up! I ordered cheesecakes with chocolate covered strawberries on top, that morning, went to grab them about an hour later and was surprised they were ready that quickly! They tasted DELICIOUS!! I've also had just the chocolate covered strawberries snack pack and they were good as well! Now I'm really wanting more chocolate covered strawberries!!

I couldn't tell if the store was open or closed had to wait for a free item which the cashier had no idea about. Had to wait an extra hour for something that would have taken 15 to 20 minutes. All because it was slow and she had everything turned off and was ready to close up shop. I do believe that it would be best to act as if a customer will be coming in even if it's a slow day. Very frustrating.
