An exceptionally well-planned master-planned development that is doing its best to honor the land that the project is being developed on. The first phase is already underway and the second phase will have one acre lots. It will be a special development, complete with a lake, nature trails and more. It is worth checking out!

Beautiful new community in College Station! They have some of the best local home builders and plan to provide some great amenities including trails, ponds, parks, & a community center. We've already looked at several of the houses & will be considering this neighborhood for next home.

I had high hopes for Greens Prairie Reserve when the previous owner stated on a local TV station that he would like to pass on the wonderful country living that his property on Arrington would convey. I am sorry to say that the new subdivision is anything but country now. Many of the trees have been removed and lot sizes are small and crammed together. The whole area is surrounded by concrete walls with faux wood look exterior. The light fixtures on the streets are on very tall posts and have the look at night of a prison farm. The entrance now has a huge wall on each side with lettering at least three feet tall with backlights giving the appearance of a strip center or mall. No, the country look is no longer present at this property and not soon to return.
