Oil change
Customer service was a 10/10!! I went in for an oil change and was in and out within 30min. I really appreciated that they walked me out to my car and showed me the full oil level before I left. They also topped off my windshield wiper fluid and cleaned my windshield. They went above and beyond my expectations and made me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely be returning :)

Very very nice service, Brian (or Bryan I'm not sure) was super helpful and didn't make me feel dumb for how little care I've taken of my car. Brought my own oil, which I do recommend since it's way cheaper that way, and they checked my check engine light as well. Overall very nice and respectful.
I went there thinking I was going to get a great oil change so I didn't mind paying 5 for radiator fluid or almost 80 for the service which i normally don't do. Topping off fluids and washing the outside of my windows was included with my service. My windows were dirty and I didn't have washer fluid so I made it a point to ask and make sure it was done. I asked 2 people twice and it never happened! My windows weren't cleaned either. I asked if they put the washer fluid in and they said yes! If they aren't going to do something then don't offer it! I did the survey in hopes someone would call or email me because they cared but they don't! I would never take my car there again nor would I have them do extra work like brakes or anything because the work wouldn't be up to par!
Been there twice for service. Both times I have had minor issues that display a lack of attention to detail and make me cautious of having future work completed there. This latest time I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The minor issues include failing to reset the oil life monitor in the vehicle, failing to check/adjust tire pressures, and forgetting to return the wheel lock key. The first two items were noted on the service invoice as completed. The first and third item were fixed immediately when I brought it to their attention. I didn't notice the tire pressures were incorrect until I had driven away. In this instance they were all minor issues and easily corrected on the spot but it is concerning to me that I had to double-check things that were marked as completed.
Contacted by management previous issue resolved in professional manner. The other services, oil change and tire rotation, were fine with no issues. Staff was friendly and mentioned the typical up sell items like air filter and radiator fluid. Nothing out of the ordinary. Prices are on the higher side of things however, this is due in part to it being a franchise rather than a small business.
