When I brought my Prius in I had shredded the rear left tire and everything was sitting in the back haphazardly from where a kind stranger had put my spare on for me. NTB was very friendly and helpful, and not only did they finish my car early, they also put the spare back where it goes and replaced all the parts in their storage spots for me. The price was reasonable, they didn’t replace the sensor (even though I signed off on replacing it) because it was undamaged, and they even laughed with me about how it happened in such a silly car. They didn’t try to up-sell me like some women have mentioned in their reviews. I will bring my car back next time.

I popped my tire and realized I did not have a spare or jack, but that did not discourage the wonderful staff at NTB from helping me. Allyson and another crewmember came to the Olive Garden where my car was and gave me a spare to limp over to the shop. Their work was done in a timely manner and I went from popped tire to spare tire to new tire all within approximately thirty minutes. I cannot thank the team there enough!

Took my truck in to have the tires balanced and rotated and to change out the two fuel filters on my diesel truck. I told them that there was a tire that was leaking and which one it was. Four hours later the truck was done. FOUR HOURS!! 3.5 hours of the truck actually being worked on. They said that they couldn’t find where it was leaking from and said here you go. Mind you that the tires were originally purchased from the same location. Complete waste of time. The mechanic seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing. NTB has lost my business for good.

Above and beyond is all I can say for this location. Randall was an absolutely amazing worker, my vehicle was brought in right before close due to a roofers nail. He had a great humor and was very helpful and quick. His co worker Garrett kept us engaged the whole time Randall was working on my car, I could not have asked for a better experience. I will be going back for my future car needs. I can not speak more highly of these two. They were such a pleasure!!

My tires were half the price of the Lithia Dealership. The service was done in about an hour and a half. The lady that works up front is so personable!!! I love talking to her everytime I go in. She explains everything they offer and what all they have done to your vehicle. I'm on a budget so she helps me rationalize what I need done now and what they can do later. The best place to have work done on your vehicle. The prices are in front of you and you don't feel like they are trying to take advantage of you because you are a woman. The mechanics come up to help and speak with you face to face. I really like the shop. It's tucked away so you have to turn in by the hotel or you will miss it but definitely worth it!
