Good help to get everything needed. Covid distancing. Every other register open. Boxes with ropes keep customers 6 foot back from counter. Everyone masked except clerk's noses. Lots of laughs among my friends over that.

Don't try to get your rotors turned down here! They completely ruined one of them after they tried 4 times and found their equipment was broken (they should have stopped at attempt 2!). Wound up having to buy new rotors and wasted 6hrs waiting on them. 135 for something that should have been 30. They took 35 off one new rotor but I had to pay full price for the other one. Got home and realized they never refunded my money for the rotor service so I got a whole 5 for their mess up. Staff was nice but this was a bad screw up

Oil changes or minor repairs, headlights to tailgate parts, I've always been able to get any part I've needed here and usually for less than I expected. I've also appreciated that as a customer I've been able to recycle my old oil & filters here.

Worse experience ever. I wasn’t even in the store 2 minutes. I asked could someone put my car on the machine. The guy working was trying to explain the reason why he couldn’t do it. He did state that I could take the machine outside myself. He said I had to leave my id. I stated I didn’t have it but he could hold my 1100 phone. an he would tell me how to work it. HERE COMES (KAREN) another worker. She states basically the same thing I’ve already been told an go on an on about it’s a 400 machine an just very rude. I will be contacting corporate. That was very rude an unprofessional. Then told me get out her store. Like it’s not another auto store available. Ughhhh sometimes it’s best to shut your mouth pregnant or not she needs to be handled.

I have been to this location a few times in the last couple weeks to get replacement parts for my truck. The staff has been very helpful! Sam has helped me a couple times and given great advice on how to go about fixing my truck’s issues.
