Had a perfectly fine experience. While the staff did not immediately rush over to ask if I needed something, they did come over when I looked lost. Store was clean and pretty well stocked. Shoes were fairly well priced, slightly cheaper than most stores I've seen with their brand. All in all a good experience.

Skechers shoes are comfortable and lightweight in general. The staff here was very attentive and helpful. But I still ended up not buying here. Although there was a sale going on at this factory outlet, the price was still lower at a nearby 3rd party store. This kind of beats the purpose of the sale and of the store being branded as a factory outlet.

Customer service is super slow to acknowledge you I stood at the counter for awhile before someone came to see what I needed. The employee who came had even made eye contact with me before so I thought she was just a customer shopping since she didn't walk over. I went in to return some shoes asked if they had some with a little more for my littles foot she said no we do not make wide, which is not what I asked, because some shoes are stretchier than others. I had receipt in hand but then was told I needed the card also I DID NOT PURCHASE THE SHOES! So how am I supposed to get someone else's card to take the shoes back to return them? What is the purpose of having a receipt of it doesn't help with the return? Super frustrating.
