Lived here for about 2 years in apartment A224, and loved the location and management. I travel a lot for work, and when 2020 became crazy they were very understanding. They helped me find someone to take over my lease last minute when I had to move because of covid, and they still worked with me even after I made some poor choices. I wasn't very organized and they walked me through the transition. I am grateful for the times I had there and the friends and family I was able to host. It had everything I needed. Highly recommend living here, especially if you're a student trying to live near campus.

Very disappointed with the College Town Apartment Office Manager. I’m sixty year old not working or no income the company still want their final security deposit balance due 800.58 move out mid March 2020. This company only worry about themselves. People are struggling without income and with viruses is among us. Experience with customer service are not understanding of the people situation facing with Covid-19 I plead with people looking for apartment to rent that this wrong place and look elsewhere. The complex and the inside of apartment are not well maintained. Personal not recommended to anyone like students or people to not even to rent at College Town Apartment Tucson Az.

I have lived here for over a year and have been mostly happy until this new company has just taken over. They only have office hours during the week from 10-5 when most people are at work and school. They were closed on a Monday with no warning and I had a package locked in there for over five days because they just didn’t show up and then I went to the office two days later because of work they come strolling in at 10:15 when they had an appointment with another resident at 10. And now they have turned off the chiller and turned on the heat even when it is over 80 degrees out still and it is 78 degrees in my apartment without any polling of the apartments to see if this is what the residents who live here want or a warning. There are no fans in the apartment except for a small one in the kitchen. I am already extremely unhappy with this company already and can’t wait until my lease is up.

I've been here for a few months and so far it is my favorite off campus housing experience. My apartment is upgraded and I really enjoy the amenities they have. Last month I received some air pods from management! :D

At first i was uncertain how the new management company would be because i had up and down experiences before but they really turned around everything that i needed done. They addressed all my concerns about the AC system and it makes so much sense now after learning how the chiller works. Not only were they able to get all my work orders done the same day but i also got to keep my same rate and unit for my renewal and airpods!! Keep it up
