We love Dr. Herbert-Green! I have been going to her for years and she gives thorough exams, with great testing equipment, and great explanations. The office is well organized and efficient! They also have a nice selection of glasses and contacts. This is definitely a five star office!️

I loved going here, but unfortunately due to their office practices, I will no longer be a patient at this practice. I am very upset that all they care about is money. I lost my job due to COVID-19 and my insurance was set to expire. I made an appointment, but I called to ask them to work with me on paying for the appointment. I had the majority of it, but I ended up having to cancel my appointment. That's fine and I understand that. What I'm upset over is that they sent me a bill for the cancellation fee in the mail. If I can't afford my appointment, how am I going to also afford a cancellation fee? I've called multiple times to discuss this and every time I get sent to voicemail and no one will call me back in regards to this. I will be finding a practice that actually cares about patient care.

Friendly staff and wonderful doctors. Didn’t mind my questions and was very patient to explain everything. Was fitted for new contacts and got lovely new glasses too. Whole family has been happy to be new patients with CVA. Thanks :-))

My husband and I both had great appointments with Dr. Webb and her staff. The staff is very professional and kind. They explained everything very thoroughly and answered any questions that we had about our vision. We recommend this office.

Dr. Webb is great with efficiency, and knowledge. I felt bad that I had to have my kids with me-- some staff were a little bit more gracious/friendly/understanding than others, toward the situation. I asked 1 girl since the irritability was a tad obvious from others, so I'm sorry, but I wish they made that clearer prior to going in since it is different for every place/practice. Nothing said o children/family other than patient\ on website or registration forms. I'm not complaining about the policy, but that I wasn't told properly beforehand and then made to feel uncomfortable about it. Either way sorry for the inconvenience.
