We were created out of the need to decrease the number of students that underachieve and perform below their potential. We help students develop their potential by motivating them to increase accountability, engage in classroom discussions, and develop leadership skills. The unique design of our system significantly decreases the amount of time it takes for students to feel the tangible benefits of education. Typically students tangibly feel the benefits of good student habits like studying hard, completing assignments, and helping fellow students after they graduate from school. However, many adolescent students do not have the discipline to focus on long-term goals. We help more students reach their long-term goals by encouraging them with rewards for reaching short-term goals. Our rewards function as a currency that enables students to earn money in the classroom and spend it at their favorite businesses. iThrive's growing network has created a community of teachers, students, and businesses working together to help more students reach their potential.
