I have only heard bad things about this facility and the staff. They gossip about their patients in the hallway with other staff. Tell the patient they are working with how they act emotionally and talk about things to the patient that have nothing to do with their dental care. The staff is rude and does not do a thorough job of examining the teeth and has missed things that the patient complained about until the problem was so bad that extreme actions had to be taken to “fix” the problem. They waste your time. When a cleaning should be around 20 min they can make you wait around a hour because of the excessive talking and gossiping with other staff in the hall. I would not go to this facility nor do I recommend it.

Excellent dental care. Dr. Collins does a fantastic job explaining procedures and answering my questions. I'm very happy with the work he's done. My teeth stay looking good for a long time after my cleanings. The office does a solid job explaining my dental coverage and they're always willing to call my insurance and ask questions on my behalf. I'm happy I found a dental office that takes care of the things that are important to me.

The appointments are always on time and the options for needed care are explained in great detail. No question ever goes unanswered. Collins Family and Implant Dentistry has been proving great quality service to our family for over 35 years, and now our adult children and their children go there - what better recommendation is there? All of the staff are great, especially Teresa our hygienist. Dr. Keith Collins takes all the time needed to discuss what needs to be done, explain the procedures and the options. He is also very involved in the local community as a musician and in his work in the political arena.
