Ward Collins isnt a good attorney at all. My mom hired him for a court case against my Uncle who resides in Florida. My great grandmother is in a nursing home for 3 or 4 years now. My uncle has power of attorney. We went to court over my mom being the primary caretaker and being informed of the medications she was taking and being there for her everyday bringing her 3 meals a day. Ward insisted that my uncle who doesnt live here was a better fit for who is the primary caretaker based on the way hes done things which nobody sees the evil in what he does. Just that he gets on a phone and calls a nursing home 3 states away and let's them "make the calls". Well my Uncle just banned my mom from the nursing home for 30 days today and it's all thanks to Mr. Ward Collins for giving my Uncle the favor in the court case and Ward even stated that things needed to remain the same and mom keep caring for her mother in the nursing home but now look!! My mom hasnt done anything wrong to anyone. I DO NOT recommend Ward collins on family related court cases. He was a better football player than an attorney that's for sure.
