I brought my Altima in to be "re-fixed" from issues I had with body work done by C & E in Norwood. Geico sent me to C & E after an accident with a deer on the highway in September, after a few months time and multiple attempts my car was worse than prior to my accident. The quality of repairs was BELOW AVERAGE leaving bolts & clips etc missing that was clearly due subpar work! Thankfully Brian @ Collision 24 in Brockton was able to make everything right he had my car in tip top shape within days! He did in only a matter of days what C & E couldn't do over the course of months time. Do yourself a service STAY AWAY from C & E and see Brian @ Collision 24 you won't regret it!!! Thanks again Brian!

Took my car there as it I got a referral from the insurance company after an accident. The receptionist wouldn’t explain a thing to me. How the service was going to be done, what would be done. For all of my questions the answer was always: we’ll do whatever the insurance let us do. After 2 weeks went there to pick up the car the painting was not a match and they scratched the car and told us it was already like that and they wouldn’t fix it. So we had to go through our photos and prove they’ve done it. When we called the place the same receptionist wouldn’t listen to the full story so when we went there to pick up the car it wasn’t good enough. The car was only ready by the third time we went there. I’m only giving 2 stars because the manager wanted to do the right thing and I understand it’s hard when their team do not care about the customers.

I had the pleasure of having my vehicle serviced after an accident at Collision 24. Being a young mom and from out of state, I NEEDED my vehicle back as soon as humanly possible, and they made that happen and with a smile on their faces! I had the opportunity to speak with a few of them (about my vehicle but also in passing) and they not only took care of my vehicle but also made sure I was comfortable while I was there. Julia and Eric were both wonderful with handling the situation and going above and beyond to create a friendly environment! I HIGHLY recommend them, and I cannot speak highly enough about the entire staff and establishment!

They had my Durango for over a month for repairs after a collision. When I got to finally pick it up, I noticed the tires were not aligned. Since it was after hours I had no choice but to drive it like that home. Had to take it back the next day for an alignment. It’s been 2 months out & the transmission cooler lines is now leaking & my steering wheel sounds awful. I’ve been calling & leaving messages to have it looked at. No call backs as of yet, just annoyed!!!! Please go somewhere else don’t make the same mistake I did. Save yourself the headache!

I hit a deer and after taking my car to a few different shops i settled with collision 24. The staff was amazing. I was able to get an appraisal from Eric on the damage in less than 20 min,for a fraction of what it would have cost elsewhere. Julia took down my info preordederd parts, to shorten repair time and assured me she would keep me updated as this progressed. A gentleman named brian walked around my car when i picked it up and explained in detail all that was done. Overall i am extremely satisfied with their professionalism and overal care towards their customers. If i could gove 10 stars i would.

They had my car for 4 weeks to replace a side mirror. Called to have me pay after the 1st week saying it was done then said it wasn’t ready. 3 weeks later they never called me to tell me my car was done. I won’t have know it was ready to be picked up if my rental company didn’t call me to drop off the rental. No communication! Left trash in my car!

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone! Dropped my car off after it was hit in a parking lot 8 days later I got a call an hour before they close to come get my car. I picked it up and asked why the side of my car didn’t look right they told me the clear coat needed to be in the sun for a couple days and it would sort it’s self out. A week later it looked worse then it did originally brought it back and I also addressed the stains on all of my seats mind you I just got the car it only has 3k miles on it and no one has ever sat in the backseat. After waiting a few hours for them to fix it a gentleman hands me my keys and tells me I am all set he told me he got the stains out even though they had nothing to do with them. the way he said that upset me because I know for a fact Those stains were not their when I dropped the car off originally. And my insurance company just paid you 1,100 dollars and you give me an attitude when you messed my car up. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

18 days late and still counting... this place sucks never bring your vehicle here. They dont know what parts are needed for their own vehicles. Job was supposed to take 4 days. figure it out!
