Loved my visit here. Recently moved to the area and called several places before settling on this one. They got me in quickly and didn’t make me sit on hold for ages before making an appointment. Then once I arrived, the office was clean and comfortable, staff was super friendly and efficient, and the Dr. was pleasant and knowledgeable. They also navigated our insurance well for prescription contacts. Probably my best experience in 15 years of regular moves and subsequent doctor changes. Highly recommend.

Dr Luckey was thorough yet moved through the exam at just the right pace. She was friendly and inquisitive. It was the best eye exam that I’ve had in a very long time! The supporting staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. It was easy to get an appointment that was convenient to me. The office itself is modern and clean. I will definitely be coming back!

I would 100% recommend Lansdale Eye Associates. Dr. Jack was very thorough in his examination and actually took the time to explain everything and answer all of my (somewhat stupid) questions. I didn’t feel like they rushed through my appointment, which is always nice, and instead took the time to listen to me. Dr. Jack ending up being able to diagnose a medical issue with my eyes that had gone completely unnoticed by a local national chain I went to previously which I’m extremely thankful for. The girls in the office were all really friendly, too, and kept it fun and light. I hate stuffy medical offices where everything is so “formal” and no one can crack a joke or smile. LEA isn't like that at all. Looking forward to going back in a few weeks to pick up my contacts and finally being able to see properly!

Everyone here is really nice and helps with everything you need. Answers questions and very patient. They have good text reminders for appointments and has been extremely safe during covid which I really appreciated.
