I don’t recommend the psychiatrists. They are very quick to medicate without caring about your symptoms or your overall health. The therapist are ok but not great. The receptionist Kelsey is cocky and condescending. It’s very hard to communicate with her and her attitude. She also puts off a lot of negativity in her voice, like she hates her job and could care less about anyone.

worst communication skills. haven’t got my medication in a week, and still waiting because none of them want to do their job. if you have an emergency don’t bother calling you’ll be treated with no urgency and they will hang up on you.

I can not say enough good about this place. The employees are friendly, helpful, and very accepting. I came in with severe anxiety, mild depression, and having problems with my self identity, but after my time there I found myself slowly overcoming my anxiety and depression, and was able to figure myself out a bit more. Although I no longer go there, I could not reccomend this place enough for anyone struggling with mental health of all kinds. Thank you all so much for the great experience!

My therapist Judy at Omni has been great so far. She is very kind and understanding. She takes the time to listen to you and doesn't push you to do things if you're not ready yet. I get the feeling she really cares about each and every one of her clients and wants to get to know them on a more personal level. Also, she has a background in Autism and Aspergers, which is great for me because i'm on the autism spectrum and it's great to have someone who is so understanding! My psychiatrist Dr. Garcia, I've only met one time so far but she has prescribed me meds that have really lessened my anxiety and depression and I feel so much better then before I went there. So far, my experience at Omni has been great and I hope it continues.

This place has the best service and procedures I have ever seen from a psychiatric in psychology facility good people and easy to schedule and then collaborate well with life-altering experiences they're trained well to help their customers in their clients I thank them for being there for me and they are very genuine with their care for their clients. The front office does need a patient portal so they are not so overwhelmed.
