Had my tv for 5 months never contacted me on any updates regarding my tv. charged me 50 for diagnostic and he new he couldn't fix it so I finally asked could he drop it off to my address he said it would be a charge.seriously after I wasted money on a diagnostic he started yelling over the phone. Bad service all the way around will never recommended anyone to this place
