I strongly suggest you not to buy any Abans product from any of the Abans showrooms. They sell defect appliances as brand-new products. I recently bought a fridge from Abans and it stopped working within 2 days. And their only solution for it was to fix the fridge. Why would I buy a brand new fridge if it breaks within a day or so and I have to fix and use it? They don't even offer to replace the defect product. Had to file a complain to Consumer Affairs Authority. So if you don't wanna go through these troubles, I strongly suggest you to go for another supplier other than Abans.

Abans shame on you...!!! You overpriced appliances as you wish and give 30-40% discounts as big deals... A LG 10.5 kg washing machine that was priced around Rs.180K has been manipulated to Rs. 250K after pandemic in Oct 2020. I purchased it for Rs. 220K month back in Jan 2021. Now you have further reduced the price to Rs.200K... What a pricing policy??? I know your answer.. 'Sir it's a special discount for a limited period...' But people will know your pricing strategy...

Really recommend to visit Abans Racecourse branch if you are gonna buy Apple products or services because went there yesterday and had amazing and very quick service from one of their staff MR. Dasun who is working at Abans service center. He is very kind and really helpful all the time. Wish you all the best for your career Dasun! #Apple

After many hassles from (ordered date) 31st December 2020 to 12th January 2021, the item has delivered by Abans. Don't trust the delivery process at the time of the order. Had to push those people who works for Abans many days to make the delivery happen. Couldn't include the details of the person who's ordering. Only can enter the recipient's details as invoiced. I never received an invoice after ordering it. Should maintain their website in a professional manner.

I went to Abans to inquire about Refrigerators. The showroom is airy, clean and staff are really courteous and helpful. There is quite a range of Refrigerators and Abans is offering attractive discounts. Whilst examining the refrigerators, I was also able to view a range of other electronic household appliances.Abans is a good place.

Please don't by any things online from them. They are selling the products those does not have with them in online. On the last delivery date they inform that item is not there. Before that they keep informing order is ready and deliver soon when you asked for the status of the order. Then they will take another 3, 4 days to reverse the transaction. I have experience this recently and still waiting for the transaction to reverse. Hence be careful when you order some things from buyAbans. It is obvious they are selling the product they don't have through their online store.

Never buy apple devices from Abans. I bought I phone 11 red on 12 September 2020 and there was a speaker fault in two weeks. I went back and they directed to a place called apple service center. They took my phone and said they will replace with a new unit. It’s been more than a month now. No response. When I called, they give bunch of hilarious reasons for why it’s late. (Probably they don’t know what has happened). We buy a phone for that much price to simply USE it. Abans should be responsible to arrange the customer a substitute until the replacement arrives. But here the head office, hotline, service place always pass the ball and leave the customer with no answer. My advice is never go to any Abans to buy apple products. They are not worthy to be authorized dealer for apple in our country.

Good sales and installation team but once sale is over and money is paid, you can forget about any warranty or after sales service. When the product breaks, and they do since its mostly Indian and Chinese stuff they will not attend or care. Never had a proper warranty accepted or attended by them and we used to buy a lot from them. Their "director" Alan is a nasty washed up guy. Only good thing here is LG products which they are agents for in Sri Lanka.i think their culture and behaviour comes from the top. They only care about sales not the customer that buys the product.good to see all the reviews that say the same.
