It is a pleasure. Although this is my first visit, I'm feeling good. Good manners by the Officer. Very charming and quite place.
The staff was efficient and very helpful. As a frequent traveler to Dhaka I have seen a very positive change in the service level and courtesy of the embassy staff. The lady at the visa counter is professional and does not have the unfriendly attitude most visa office staff would have . They have come a long way and I must congratulate the ambassador for making this positive change.
Excellent service
Finally i received visa on time and overall not so bad in terms of service. However, the Sri Lankan girl with tinted hair who is in the counter don't know how to speak to humans and how to answer to the phone calls. As per the website visa processing time is four working days. I submitted my visa application before two weeks of departure along with all the support documents and, requested to issue visa two days before departure (as officially I need at least two days for necessary approvals). She shout at me physically as well as over the phone. Was not flexible to offer visa at least few hrs before. Either web site need to be revised or must be flexible in this kind of situations. However, finally i received visa on time. So, at the end it's not the service but one persons' unprofessional behavior damaged everything. Staff who are working front line must understand requesting for visa to enter a country is not a kind of begin.
Be very careful before going. They are cheaters,frauds,money suckers. Their behaviour also rough as animal.The staffs are too unprofessional. They always try to suck your money. Corrupted place. Bangladesh government should look into this matter and take necessary steps. Anyway there is no cc tv to record their evil faces.
This is the worst high commission in Sri Lanka. They never pick up the call. I'm trying to contact them via phone today many times , but their hotline is not working. They don't have any alternative hotline numbers. This is how a high commission should be? Its very urgent . Fix your connection first. Officials are not that much English fluent to assist us. Worst ever.
