Horrible service, kept my printer for a week and gave it back claiming it was serviced but the issue is not fixed. Granted that no money was charged (which leads me to believe nothing was done) but I would have expected them to have communicated to me when I called that they cannot take on more work if they dont have bandwidth to handle the workload. In which case I would have taken it elsewhere, instead of wasting my time

Diaster If you love your laptop this isn't the place. Story : I had laptop that isn't starting when the power button is pressed, therefore I have asked them to repair it, they told me that it will take around 3 weeks time to inspect and give the details of the problem. After one month since there was no response from the company took a call and they said they are struggling to identify the issue, which first place they should inform me after 3 weeks which they haven't done. Then after constant calling and plaster time responses they identified the issue with motherboard and wanted to replace biard which latter I identified from VSIS another HP authorized vendor that there was not a issue with motherboard replacement. All this went around another 3 weeks. After that they informed me there is VGA problem as well after replacing board. So I asked them to slice that as well. It also took another 2 weeks time. It cost me 25k, I am extremely disappointed with them. Still my computer have same issues. If you treasure your laptop please look.for another vendor.
