Bernard Tours is one of the best travel agent I have chosen to book my visit. I was given the best hotels during my stay at Sri Lanka. Be very careful before booking and pay for your tour package, recently we had a Bohra community conference of about 27000 people, since they had booth in our main GP center I trusted them and booked a 2 days package with hotel and car with driver they took my money and never responded and returned my calls until the midnight of the trip did not even gave me my hotel name promised me to give me 4 star hotel and driver took me to a 1 star garbage hotel with bugs and cockroaches. After an hour of fighting and threatening they give me a 4 star hotel with extra pay . made my trip miserable try avoid them
