The service inside the campus is good. But No parking area available for customers. I struggled very much to park my vehicle when visited the British Council for a certificate verification.

Good place to learn English for any age group. But courses are in the expensive side. For kids one term is just two months or 8 days. Good to socialize your kids and for polishing English communication skills. Consist of good Library and Cafe with reasonable rates. One of my favorite libraries. But need to improve grammar, presentation and public speaking skills side etc., for kids. But now got to know that BC is in the process of introducing new curriculum by extending terms and reducing course fees. Good move.

I was trying to contact the British Council Colombo from 1530 hrs to 1623 hrs. I got connected to the automatic recording 5 to 6 times and extremely fortunate enough to talk to their representatives twice, a lady and a gentleman. My issue was not solved. My son could not attend the online class and had to quit. Very unfortunate. Very poor response and never expected such a renowned organization to do so. I was told one of my friend that, he got the same response. Hope someone will take appropriate measures to avoid these unpleasant situations in future.
The best place ever to improve your English in Sri lanka they are perfectly teaching English to every one. They have qualified teachers and unique teaching styles what we easily catch ️ I highly recommend this because i know about this university clearly i improved my English from them they have big library they have calm and perfect class rooms they have good security they have good cafeteria and they have conferences rooms perfect place ever to improve your knowledge specially English ️
They do not answer their hotline and their email responses just keep dragging the issues. They are required to refund a cancelled exam and it’s almost been a year. A year. Used to be amazing hit since of late they are completely out of it and hasn’t been able to cope up with the pressure of the current situation.

Best place for learn English. Highly recommend. Good service during the covid period also. Specially the security guards are doing a grate job.
