Worse customer care ever! Never recommend Dialog broadband!

The broadband network signal is not stable from yesterday, although I have nearly 50% of data remaining. I am unable to load websites, including Google. I contacted one of their Cx service agents, and the answer was "data extension is over, and FUP is active". Could someone explain how does FUP work while I am having 50% data remaining? Then the agent wants to lodge a complaint. I did not agree as I knew their last option would be to fix an outdoor antenna. This will make it even worst. The antenna works only on 4G transmission while it is on 3G, it will not receive any coverage. Before boasting about 5G, please provide your customers with stable 4G Broadband coverage. That would be much appreciated.
