I've known this place since their inception. Great work on all repairs. The only reason this review is getting 4 stars is because one or two bad apples in their staff. They act like they know everything. Didn't listen to me when I explained the problem. They just went on rambling on about how long they're doing this and how they know everything about phones... The good people were very friendly and professional. Helpful in getting the task done.

I bought this lighting cable from Doctor mobile exactly a month ago. This morning when my wife removed the cable from the phone, the front piece came off. I took the cable to them as they gave me three months warranty. They refuse to adhere to the warranty saying we have physically damaged the cable. Four guys argued with me saying that I have physically broken the cable. Any person in proper mind physically break a cable? I am disappointed with this vendor. This happened in shop opp MC, I don’t recommend them for iPhone accessories.
I had an issue with my i-phone's speaker and my camera. So gave the phone for a repair to doctor mobile. They said that they have to replace the entire speaker function which cost me Rs 5000 After the repair I used the phone for like few weeks and it broke again. Took the phone again to doctor mobile and this time they said that it's an issue with the battery and I had to replace my old battery with a new one which cost me another 5000. After spending almost Rs 10000 for the repair, unfortunately the same issues i had earlier came again I asked for a refund at least Rs 5000, since they failed to do their job properly. But they refused. I regret giving my phone to doctor mobile. I lost my money as well as the phone. Had to sell the phone for an extremely cheap price because they broke the phone and made it worst. . I ADVICE YOU NOT TO TRUST THIS PLACE. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU GIVE THE PHONE FOR A REPAIR. THEY'RE JUST MONEY GRUBBERS..
Excellent shop to repair your phone, highly recommended , they did awesome job to my phone ,
When i called and asked ,they said Rs.7490 to replace my phone display, and they confirmed the price through the messenger on their FB page, but once i reached their shop then they said Rs.13500. (Same brand, same model) This is how they cheat the customers. Because they know that we are far from colombo city. And finally their answer was "You should have mentioned the serial number instead of model number" (Finally i realized that all of good reviews below, updated by their friends and employees... so please don't trust them......)
