The worst place to buy flowers. Customer service is so poor. There’s no quality at all of the flowers per say.
We gave our wedding flower arrangement to them and it was nothing as we discussed with them. we had several discussion sessions with the owner but he didn't deliver our expectations. All were a mess.
I ordered a flower crown for a bridal party days in advance. On the set time and date I went to pick it up. The crown wasn't ready and the florists were away at a wedding. The girl working there tried giving excuses even after she had reconfirmed my order the day prior. They just stared me up and down the whole time while I said how helpless and dissapointed I was, they didn't even once apologise. Horrible customer experience
