Ripping off the customers just because customers are willing to pay. How they are selling the iPhone 12 line up is the perfect example. Pre order price for 12 Pro was 268,000/ (Around 1345) which was already 345 higher than US price (999). And now increased to 337,999/ (Around 1700) . I agree that business should have proper profit margins to sustain but this is just absurd.

Great customer service. My MacBook had a broken key and I was unable to find a replacement, then I came across Genxt. Their staff Chamath and Manura were really helpful and attentive to solve my problem within less than an hour. Thank you for your service and keep up the good work

Awesome customer service. From the security himself all of them are very friendly. I can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me to make my choice. All I could say is he made some genuine suggestions which is not the case with most of the vendors.

I came yesterday afternoon at your service center to replace my apple Iphone 7 plus. the front officers were very at that moment. I requested to Solve my battery issue from front reception girl. I thing she was very busy. But she gave me a good and energetic service. The technician was also helped. Within 20 minutes they were handle my issue. thank you So much Ms. Nirasha and Mr. Manura for gave me a great service.

My Left Airpods Pro had an issue of having a crackling noise when listening to music or taking calls. Purchased from Idealz Lanka and brought it to Genxt for repair. Even though the warranty has expired, they reached out to Apple and Apple agreed to change the whole unit, brand new (not only the left one). Whole process took around two weeks, not bad given the current situation. Shout out to Manura from Genxt for giving me an excellent customer service.

There was a power issue with my new iPhone. So it was decided to replace with a new iPhone. It has been 3 months i still did not receive a new one. I called them and asked about it they told me to call back later and now they do not answer my calls.
