I have recently purchased few items from Haidi through FB. But their size chart is misleading and there is a very big size gap between size 8 and 10. Size 8 is too tight and 10 is too big. I exchanged two items to size 10 but had to give them to one of my friend due to this size gaps. Then I have to exchange complete different product order which I purchased before and the customer service replied that exchange is not allowed since I exchanged one of my order before. There can be exchanges in multiple times if someone keeps buying different products in different times from a store and it is very unfair that my exchanges are not allowed for different order I made. And they informed exchanges are not allowed at all, very rudely. It is very disappointed to get to know that an online store do not allow exchanges due to size differences. I am not recommending this store to anyone and will never make any future purchases with Haidi.
