This sculpture is an unexpected surprise. It is on the meridian for the road that takes you to Sri Lanka Telecom office. Not only is it visually eye catching, but encircling the bottom of the sculpture is an early history of important phones. This is done in base-relief with wording telling you about the phone and how it was important. It does not show the 2500 set but earlier phones.
