5 stars, I'll tell you why. Trying to organise a wedding in Sri Lanka while living overseas was task. If you are in my boat you will soon find out there are plenty of things Sri Lankan wedding supplies are renowned for, none of them are positive. I must tell you Indi was a breeze on a hot day she stands out from the rest. She was all and more she promised. Ethics ***** Communication was on point. Never had to call twice to get through, every message was responded to. Listened to all our requirements and delivered as promised. Workmanship ***** The amount of detail she had put in was amazing. Worked under a tight time line. Flexible with appointments as we only arrived a week before the wedding. Design ***** As any bride would my Wife was no walk in the park. She had her requirements. Indi applied all her talent to create a design that was both unique and amazing. I think the pictures speak for itself. Delivery ***** At the end of the day all work is in vain if the product wasn't delivered on time. We managed to get our final fit on two days prior (don’t forget we only arrived for measurements 7 days before) And on the day she was present with a team of minions who granted all our wishes and gave us peace of mind. We were both very happy with the dresses for Care ***** We were struggling with a lot of things either because we couldn't find people who can give what we want or the things we wanted were out of reach. Like an angel from heaven Indi rendered her knowledge to us and got us connections in the industry for photographers, videographers, Interior designers and even bouquets for the bridal party to name a few among many. We had the best experience with Indi out of all our wedding suppliers. Thank you doesn't even cut it.
I don't even know where to begin or thank you for making our wedding perfect! Yes, perfect! I can't thank you and your team enough for the wonderful outfits you designed for me and for my whole bridal party from engagement till the homecoming. We all loved them very much. Not just that but for all the help you gave with regard to every single detail and Thank you for calming us down during our meltdown. You made our special day extra special. I should specially thank you with regard to my homecoming outfit. You managed to make what I wanted a reality and I really know for a fact that no one else can do it other than you. Keep up your great work and I know you will make many more brides happy as I am today. I wish you nothing but the best! Lots and lots of love ️
Indi came highly recommended from two of my close friends & what drove me towards her was her quality, standards & attention to details my friends spoke very highly of. While she may very well have all those, her brand very well lacks of is a friendly and reliable service. This is one very important quality I was looking for especially because I'm not in SL. That's exactly what i did not get and drove me away from her. I contacted her via IG & FB as directed for brides overseas and the replies i got were rude and highly unprofessional and very very unhelpful. It was almost like they were so hardheaded, they did not care for me as a client. I do realize this very well not be Indi herself, but one of her associates. However, if someone is speaking on behalf of myself and representing my brand, I'd be very careful & train them properly before they do their job. What I dont want as a bride overseas was to pay money to a business that would not appreciate me as a client cause they do have a big name. And that's exactly the image I got from ibride. So if I were you, I'd do my research & be careful before I pick ibride or you may be wasting your money trying to get her attention for any changes you want or questions you may have
Not only the unique talent of designing you will ever see but also one of the friendly and sweetest personalities you will ever meet. Indi and team were so incredibly helpful in my need of the perfect wedding and homecoming dresses. Being the designer for myself, the retinue and my mom she did an excellent work and nothing was too much to ask for. Without a doubt I can say that I had an absolutely amazing experience at Indi & co- ibride by Indi. I can’t thank enough Indi and team for their endless support throughout the process to make my big day beautiful by designing exceptionally gorgeous and outstanding quality dresses. It was great to be ‘IYA Bride’ !! If you are looking for the perfect dress, make sure to check out Indi & co. Highly recommended!!
These guys might be doing a good job but the lady that works here has no respect to the clients or their privacy. Doesn’t know how to talk and don’t understand when to not cross a line. She will stalk u on Facebook and bring up unnecessary personal questions when it’s not required to do the job. Save your money since there’s plenty of professional quality bridal designers nowadays with more creative ideas and a better attitude!
Indi is straightforward, no-nonsense, very sweet, kind and attentive. She's one of the best designers I have worked with, and she is one of the sweetest people I've had the pleasure to meet. She is amazingly talented. She will listen to your requirement, understand what you want and design the perfect outfit for you. She and her team brought my dream bridal to life, and it exceeded my expectations. It was the perfect traditional Kandyan Osaree with a chic modern touch. My outfit was delivered to me on time, despite me requesting last-minute adjustments and them having an extremely busy schedule. The Ibride team is amazing - the seamstresses are very talented and their quality of work is exceptional. Indi's assistant Indika was extremely helpful, from the first day I booked my bridal to the day I picked it up. Sometimes she wouldn't answer the phone but that's only when she's too busy, but she would always call back and provide the required assistance. Their customer service was very satisfactory. The quality of work is exceptional. The designs are so timelessly elegant, delicate and unique. Yes their prices might be on the higher end but trust me you get your money's worth. I'm so glad I chose Ibride by INDI as my bridal designer. Definitely recommend them without hesitation.
