Needs big improvements on their app and process. Submitted a bill and after three days I get a reply saying that the submission is rejected because I wrote the date on the bill in the wrong format!

Requested to renew motorcycle insurance and took around 1 month to receive the insurance card. I got the old insurance card with old dates. unfortunately they haven’t renew my insurance and also when i checked with insurance company got to know that there are no any payment did to renew my insurance. So I complained this and then they took around two weeks to send the card. But they sent the same old (expired card) again for me and still they haven’t renew the insurance. I asked for a refund on 28th July and still waiting..no refund yet!!! Poor service! Never recommend!
Totally poor service. Not worth even for review.
They are only trying to attract new customers by providing discounts. But nothing for existing customers. Different insureme agents will provide different information at renewal times for their existing customers.
Good place and discount for Credit cards
I am happy that insureme was there to help me as they helped me in getting a good 3RD Party Insurance. Hope to be with them in future too.
