I went there to get the TB screening for UK visa done. Nice friendly helpful staff will assist you in each and every step. It cost around 14,400 SLR. If your Chest X Ray is normal they will issue the certificate in 15 minutes. NO PARKING Available .
Highly recommend their service. Even during the pandemic, they did provide an amazing service. Very punctual and pleasant staff.
This is the only place for medical assessment for Australian and UK visa. The place is having a well planned method, but takes time and may not take in to the exact appointment time. Only the applicant is allowed in. There's no place to park vehicles in the premises. The processes takes time, but will do in a systemic way. Staff is friendly.
They offers a good proffetional service, very friendly staff, clean environment, everything is in an orderly fashion it's something need to be appreciated because it's indeed a time saver and a help to the customer to get the turbeculosis test done quickly. They offers for UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada etc. No parking at the facility it is the only downside. Make an appointment and Soon as you enter and eraly present is helpful, they give you a form to fill them in to the facility and there if you didn't take photos with you they offer that service there too. After that they help you through for other steps, it is the nice thing about the staff. MAKE SURE TO BRING CASH FOR PAYMENT.
Well organised place. Friendly and well qualified staff. Follow all the covid 19 precautions to the maximum. Parking not available but public parking can be found within 500m near Bangladesh High commission.
These people got my passport number wrong. I went in to get a chest X-ray done on 7th December. The girl at the reception who handled my details made the error when she issued me the receipt. I informed of this error to her then and there. What she did then was she cut off the wrong number she entered and rewrote the correct one with a pen on the receipt she gave me. I went into the examination with this receipt, and then when I left the place also, I asked again whether my passport number has been corrected. Apparently it had not been corrected. This is just completely unacceptable behaviour on the part of IOM, and extremely irresponsible. I got to know that they had not corrected the error when I requested for a copy of the health case to be emailed to me today. Thank god I asked for a copy. I mailed them back immediately today asking them to correct this blunder. Although I tried to call IOM at 4 pm today (21st December) to report this issue, I kept hearing the voice recorded message that their office hours were from 8.30 to 4.30 (which is funny because it was just 4 pm). I got a medical done back in 2018 by IOM which went so smoothly. So I'm completely shocked that this happened to me.
I went there for a medical examination. The center is well organized. Only 30 minutes time i waited there. Staff is professional. But the charges are littlebit higher.
