If you're looking for party stuff and can't afford to lose yourself in Pettah, this is a slightly expensive alternative. They have everything from decorations to wrapping and down to even fancy plates. Even though they have all the stuff, the staff isn't that efficient. But I guess that's normal if you're Sri Lankan enough to understand. Anyhow, you have to pay an advance prior to your order. You could pay them the day before to get something ready by the morning after. It looks messy, but the sales girls will help you find what you are looking for. Good luck.
