Really convenient operations at ETF dept (19th floor). Staff and security personnel were efficient, helpful & friendly. It took about an hour for me to submit documents due to the large number of people. Since all documents were in order there was no hassle. The premises itself is very well maintained with proper directions to the public. Excellent service by government institution. Should have a few more lifts in operation though.

Considering the GOV attitudes that still prevail, this place has a wonderful service in the express ETF withdraw section. it as only 30 minutes waiting at the venue and the instructions were given that the cash would be deposited the following week,but whats appreciated is that the cash was banked just 2 days after the visit. i must appreciate the service they provided.
