I would not give any stars . I was there at 9.30am this morning expected to leave the place Atleast by 12 noon before the customs officers go for lunch. Till after 2.30 the warehouse did not open. So exhausted staying there till 3.30pm Laksiri needs better organizational skills instead of making people wait so many cubicals we have to take the document to. There were people waiting from 8.15am too one domestic worker from kuwait who has come from the airport to clear her cargo as she lives outstation. No mercy on those people she was vomiting . Plus she complained she just brought household stuff working hard in the Middle East washing plates for the Arabs n when we come here the customs officers charge you. Yes this time they charge me more than any other time . I will not use Laksiri anymore for the time wasted from 9.30am till 3.30pm.

Worst customer service ever. items were shipped from UK GLENN shipping was promised items will be delivered on the 15th of January 2020. But on the the 15th when we called they are saying they are closed and they have no idea about the delivery. going to complain to Glenn shipping about this issue so they will never work with Laksiri group again.

Helpful service but had some difficulty contacting over the phone cos seem to function on minimum staff. So phone just rings and no one picks up. Had to try repeatedly for 2 days. But staff very nice, will help with packaging and my package, a large book, was delivered fast and undamaged to UK. Service is much better than sri lanka parcel post who are downright nasty and waste time.

“THE DELIVERY IS A JOKE” Worst service ever,really disappointed about laksiri cargo service,we are waiting more than two months for taking cargo box.we called several times,receptionist give different,different answer,I really horrible to tell this.anyhow yesterday I went to clear the goods.that item was available but they did not inform . There were lots of people there for collecting their goods.cargo box was damaged from everywhere and heavily broken.my sofa set item,Milk tins,and lord of things has been lost.if we inform regarding this and any one did not take even a small responsibility abut that. Laksiri service people everyday try to exploit for other helplessness. . The whole experience has been a complete farce with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Never again will we buy any service from laksiri seva. Buyers BEWARE of the poor unprofessional customer service!!!
