Provide internet and telephone connections. Limited parking space. Good service.
POOR POOR POOR internet service provider. My location is Kadawatha 1.5km away from Kadawatha main Town I'm experiencing worst internet experience in these days(4 days). 2mb file upload timing 20min to 30min with lost connections, multiplayer game always lagged, hate this service and time to change move on with SLT or whatever.
Worst customer care ever. I complained that my connection does not allow me to upload anything (even a 3mb document) on December 22. They informed me to go to their store at Arpico, Piliyandala and get a new router. When I went there, one day it was closed, next day they said they do not have routers and check in Kollupitiya branch. When I went to Kollupitiya branch, they asked me who said that there are routers in that branch and they do not have routers. They asked to go to Nawala branch. Since I have no time to go every branch in the country, I called 1575 and complained again. By this day (7th Jan) I have complained about 3 to 4 times and went to their branches several times. They said that they will send a technical team with a router but still nobody came. When asked again they said that if you wish you can disconnect the connection and not the whereabouts of the so called technical team or a solution. However they send a feedback message informing that the problem was solved. So I would like to tell everyone not to buy this router and connection. I am also going to change this connection as suggested by their so called 'customer care team'
If you like to pay for a service you can't really use then Lanka Bell is perfect. I got my bell4G connection in April and for the first month it was great. After that it's been hopeless. Keeps disconnecting more often than a new born baby cries. When I speak with customer care they say they can't do anything because the number of subscribers are more than the network can handle. If that's the case I don't understand why they can't increase the capacity or stop adding more customers until they solve the issue they currently have.
Very fast and efficient service. Staff at the billing centre was knowledgeable and friendly.
Excellent customer service. You can return your router and refund the amount if your area doesn't support bell 4g signal. Connection is good and stable.
