I’ve been using Medicall for the past two years. The best way to describe them is pricey yet reliable. Should you have any medical emergencies, their turnaround is quick, and you feel at ease if arrangements need to be made remotely for a family member. Keep up the good work but try to come up with better pricing for long term/more frequent members.

Their oxygen charges exorbitantaly high. 4500 a cylinder.Ceylon oxygen charges 660.
We have been using them for a long period of time. Their doctors and nurses are very professional and caring. They come home to treat patients and also come during emergencies
I called Medicalls on 15th April 2020 after bumping my head on the floor after a fall. The Dr. Sahhitharan who attended asked the nurse for a bandage to apply compression. They did not have one so they just put a gauze bandage and left. When I complained about this to Medicalls Ms. Sofia T N Chen Director -- Operations [National & International], replied and denied that a compression bandage was required. She also said that after her investigation that there was never a discussion about using a compression bandage. In other words that I had made the whole thing up. They do not have the basic medical supplies like a compression bandage in their medical box. I joined in December 2019. Now they have increased their fees per visit from about Rs. 1800 to Rs. 3000. It is insulting for the customer when you make a complaint and they imply you are lying.
Medi-calls, I am a registered customer of your company for my mother living at Bellanwila. As I am aware, your company operation was moved to 63 Saranankara Rd, Dehiwala. The website has not been updated. The address remains as No 5, Havelock Rd, Colombo 5. Please update.
Have been a member since day 1, despite their sometimes bad service and clueless doctors, recently called them about an ambulance service - they would charge LKR 1700(one way) to go from our house to the hospital ...suddenly (with NO notice to customers and members), they increased it to over LKR 4500 (one way)....what frauds!. They take annual membership for which there is NO real benefit, they never come on time and their doctors are most often clueless. ..but this price increase with NO notice was unacceptable!
Never on time always have excuses. They take more than 2 hours to come even being registered at their services. The operator says they have only 2 vehicles so we have to wait so what's the point in paying them annual fees for nothing.
