Do not avail any service from this company on any day. The marketing department lies and they deceive consumers. Consumers are inconvenienced by the use of substandard raw materials and the lack of after-sales service. The granite they use is said to shine like glass, but granite is not. Its director treats the employees of this company mentally, very oppressively and severely. Anger keeps the measure of hypocrisy in its mind and embarrasses employees. The employee who comes today will not be there tomorrow. Salary is not enough. Never go to work for this company. The company is also insulting Mercantile Investment mother company.
Poor quality and time waste. Never recommed for flooring services.
Not recommend don't get any flooring services in this company no after service they use low quality row materials and no longevity.
Update 8 months later. We bought for our hotel in Weligama a pooldeck. Roughly a staggering 8000 USD, highly overpriced but no other options available. After the nescessary problems about their deadlines which costed is around 5000 USD in cancelled bookings as they promised but never delivered, we finally got it completed. Since.we built villas in Bali too I noticed thay the foundation of the pooldeck was completely flat, massive.concrete with just little channels for the rainwater to flow off. Normall the foundation of a pooldeck is supposed to be built open, like bridge pillars so water can run freely under the pooldeck into the sewage system. Now it is rain season we had massive.flooding as the foundation under the pooldeck is flat, which makes the water float on top of the cement and pooldeck and the water.channels too small for handling the rainwater. Even though i told them to do it differently they said otherwise we cant install it. The limited knowledge and stuborness of this company is appaling and ofcourse no responsibillity taken as they blame my constructor and my constructor blames them. I know they are the ones making the foundation and set the demands. Results are now pool room.floaded, pump broken as of water damage. Be aware of building and companies in Lanka as many never left the country to gain experience but still think they know it all as the mindset is stuck with: "this is how we always do it" there is a lack of willingness to learn new things and or take advise/suggestions from others, assuming they dont know anything. This is a costly attitude for investors willing to built and hire companies. Not recommended to work with these people.

I know google reviews will not have much impact on local clients but it will have on the foreign investors. Since this company does whatever they feel like and feel zero responsibillity this is the only option. Unreliable compay. We paid in august 200.000 for jusy checking the floor deck as they did not want to come to check otherwise before depositing the order. The 200K already paid the working hours inmediately - then we paid in nov 600.000 deposit. They asked for 100% but we have bad experience with paying 100% as most companies dont have stock but they still sell it and then let you wait. Like most companies bad customer service due to their monopoly position. The choice is limited in sri lanka and that makes these companies arrogant. We are waiting for 3 weeks now, they promis every week they will come to install the deck. Walking in their showroom. No one was there. I could look through their glass door into their office and I saw people eating and look up to me. They kept on eating and let me wait for another ten minutes untill i yelled at them: "customer!!!" Then they tell us they come the same day, yesterday, but never show up either. Today also nobody came as well. My constructor also called many times with the same promis. They keep lying to us. Avoid this company at any cost or make sure they have stock but even that was an empty promis. We hired a lawyer now and they will be hearing from us soon. We.have a deadline with iur business without this pooldeck we have to cancell 5000 usd on bookings and maybe even more if they not coming at all. We got all on whatsapp and proof of payment.
