I mean I don't even know where to start, calling the Sri Lankan Ministry of Health "THE WORST" is an understatement! During this pandemic we citizens need all the information and advice from them, but what I got was a "NO" and "Call Tomorrow". They did not even hear me out instead cut the call on my face. Being quarantined and paying needless amount of money is not for them enough I guess... I am really disappointed.

These pics are from the canteen of the ministry. Actually my mom had a meeting here so she dropped in the canteen. Passion fruit juice is very tasty here.

Worst place ever . TCS branch is extremely inefficient. Staff is unaware of the online system. No manners at all . Never reach the phone line . Cant get a work done without visiting that place several times.

One of the worst government offices. Place is not managed well. Still using pretty old methods, paper documents, etc. Be aware that they will take their lifetime to do a job unless you visit and check frequently.

We wish to kindly lodge a complaint that Sinhalese and Ayurveda pharmacies in Sri Lanka are not allowed to open due to the Corona epidemic. This is true even on days when western medicine pharmacies are allowed to open. This is not fare and is putting patients in difficulty. Please take measures to rectify this problem and allow the indigenous medical pharmacies also to open along with other pharmacies. Regards L.Dassanayake
