The counseling sessions at Om Wellness are so effective and helpful. The individual attention and guidance that is provided is worth every cent. I have been looking for places i could visit for therapy and when i decided to visit Om Wellness, i was really happy with their service. Absolutely no regrets about it. One of the best places you could visit if you need therapy and guidance. They have well qualified professionals who conduct therapies and the peaceful and cozy atmosphere really makes you feel like home.

I attended a yoga sessions and i was easily convinced that i had to continue. They provide you with the individual attention you need and address any of your concerns. The best part about the yoga sessions at Om Wellness is that it’s conducted in all three languages. Additionally they also conduct sessions for kids, pregnant ladies etc.
My visit to welness centre was a great experiance! Your one-stop shop for all your wellness needs. It's a beautiful ambience with awsome people. Also welness reading under a therapeutic roof is an added advantage along with yoga, councling, physiotherapy, and dietry /nutrition advice.

They provide a multidisciplinary range of services which include counseling and therapy, physiotherapy, diet and nutrition, yoga and meditation, and wellness reading. This place is an all-in-one-roof!!!
Om Wellness is welcoming to all who enter. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Yoga practices are meditative, grounding and challenging. The variety of herbal mixes is impressive, are medicinally based and tasty too!

Im Dr Sanjeeva and when I first visited with this place I thought it was great. It has such a great ambience and the counseling and therapy sessions are to be given absolute credit for. Additionally, their amazing collection of om herbs can contribute immensely for your wellness. Moreover, their intense yoga program is proven to provide you with amazing benefits to your mind and body.
