This is a factory outlet for Pelawatte dairy products. Most importantly, they have an ample supply of milk powder, which is a hard to come by commodity these days. It is right next to US embassy and you can park at a pinch right next to it for few minutes. Only downside is that, they do not accept credit cards or cheques. Considering one box of 1kg packets costs around 12,000, you need to take a bundle of cash with you to buy an year's supply of milk powder. But their products are second to none. Courteous service too.

Best taste milk powder in Sri lanka0... Car parking also available... friendly cashier... Good place to buy Pelawaththa products.. Only issue was they didn't have the facility to card payment. Remind to bring enough when you go.

Finally found a place to buy local milk powder. They are open from 8.00 a.m. & till around 6.00 p.m. Milk powder, butter, yogurt etc. available here. Friendly staff. Outlet is just infront of the building. Parking space available.

Easily located in the heart of the city. There is ample parking too. I suggest that you do a home delivery at lest in and around Galle road. A proud Sri Lankan product
