Deals are good, Delivery is pathetic. If you order something, don't expect it to be delivered when you need it. They will only deliver when they feel like they can. And they use cheap delivery services with no common sense. I purchased a refrigerator and it was transported horizontally. Refrigerators should not be transported that way. It was delivered and it never worked, upon investigation, it was revealed that, the refrigerator had attained a transport damage. The main circuit board is located at the rear, and due to the weight and bumpy ride, it had snapped into two.. And somehow they were trying to shift the blame onto me until the true cause was proven. Due to that reason, I will not be using Retail genius ever again. They really got to up their game. Remember, time is more valuable than Money.

Retail Genius is a marketplace with great deals. For best experience, know your seller and confirm things with them personally and use retail genius as a connective tool for the attractive card offers and installment options they have.
These guys are cheating others and getting others cash to their pockets and worst service providers and the customer care personals also trying to cheat the sellers as well as the customers. If we request the management's contact number they are refusing to give and they are providing only one number for the contact purpose, to that number if we try to contact they are not answering.
Had the Worst online shopping experience ever!!! I placed the order about a week ago, when I was placing the order it said delivery will take 3-4 days. At the moment I got an email saying order was placed, but nothing after that. I was trying to contact them via phone & email constantly but they are not responding to anything. And I was hoping to get the item today. DO NOT BUY anything through Retail Genius!
