Customer service is way beyond the expectations. Front office staffs and the cashier's behaviours are very poor. It was the first shipment we work with them and it made us to not go head with them in the future.

Most unprofessional forwarding company ever. No arrival notification, no telephone calls, no emails about cargo which has arrived 10 days ago until visited personally to their office. Did not answer calls for 4 days. Reason? They are receiving large number of calls so can't answer all calls. Can you believe a forwarding company saying this? Then isn't it their obligation to notify by email or letter if they can't answer calls? Many 5 star reviews, may be from their own staff.

Very bad customer service.very poor front ofgice staff and receptionist. They show no respect to customer. It is like visiting to colonial period beureocratic office. There is wheelchair access, parking and elevator. Place is little bit away from main road.

very bad shipper. informed the shipment arrival to a wrong email address and told us they will take the responsibility of demurrage. but later sea care agent in Madives said they cant take any responsibility. now filing a legal case.
