I have been constanly ringing to their hotline for nearly half a day from overseas. No one responds. Once a lady picked up the phone and put down the phone after few seconds of silence. I hope she could not understand what I said. Pls employee someone who is keen about english as well. And pls ask them to pick tye phone and direct it to someone atleast who can address the issues.

Compared to some other government offices, this place is pretty good.
SLMC is the place to register any medical degree & diploma courses in SL. After covid 19 pandemic they have changed registration method totally. It's really helpful rather then previous method. New method steps... 1. Buy application form from here. 2. Upload our all kind of documents through their website. 3. Then they will send e-mail & through that we have to select interview date & slot. 4. After that they will send confirmation message. 5. Register our course on that date & time.
Phone is not working. Need to contact.I did not get my SLMC renew certificate after paying the fee. Can you put a working phone number?
Came for my medical certificate attestation . It opens at 9 am and had wait to wait so long. Payment of 300 rs have to be paid to boc branch to nearby asiri central 4th floor branch. It takes time and effort to pay 300 rs. Really annoying. I saw two staff officers online one in FB account and other one in ikman .lk . Highly disappointed about government offices. Which waste valuable human hours. Thanks for atleast seating and the AC.
This is one of the worst places I had to deal with. The receptionists are very arrogant and they do not pick up the phone or read emails l. They also miss documents including payment slips. The registration renewal process is very laid back( I have never used bank drafts in my life except for this)I had to pay my registration fees multiple times ( as they keep on loosing my payment slips) and yet they have not finalised my registration renewal. The staff need a good training regarding communication and customer service. Message for receptionists- you don't need to be arrogant just because you are working in the medical board. All health professionals are there to provide a service to people and you need to do a better job not to waste their time. And treat all healthcare workers equally.
It is the place were all the medical officers and other health staff registered in order to maintain the health stands. So it is like heart to the health system. But the staff is not organized. So they are wasting their time as well as others. Place is not attractive or eye catching at all.
Disgusting service Reception is ridiculous. They don't come to work even at 10am.
