Best place to buy tea. Wide collection of tea from both premium to regular quality. Very helpful staff who will help you in selecting the right tea. Surprisingly some of the govt. brand tea had very interesting packaging like book, map, train etc. which can be used as gifting items.
Contrary to other reviews, my experience with the staff was very helpful and pleasant. A lovely gentlemen provided helpful guidance and patiently explained the differences between varieties of BOP teas, suggested a beautifully fragrant Earl Grey and helped me select a small basket of teas suitable for gift giving as well as daily brewing. Certainly not expert advice, but very helpful, with a genuine smile and without a hint of pressure or upsell. The lady at the counter was also very friendly. Pricing seemed very reasonable to me.
