From the entrance to the cash desk, staff are courteous. Response time is very quick. The staff are well conversant in the issues regarding the services. Explained clearly what steps I had to take in the future. Not aggressive when posed with a question. I remember that before, the staff respond curtly, and sort of talk in an intimidating tone.

Good service. Quick and easy payment methods. Saves waiting time. Staff could be more friendly. The only person who smiles at you there is the security guard.
Zero Customer Service! The agents are irritated when you ask a question. They are not capable of having a clear uninterrupted conversation. I had to call once and visit thrice for a simple request. And they do not have a manager to handle escalations.
Mobitel customer service needs lots of improvement. I was advised it would take more than 30 minutes, just to buy a phone when I was the only customer at the Mobitel counter
Place is awesome. But the service rendered is 0. I had to visit 2 times to get a simple service. And its the lack of giving customer service properly.

Very poor service .. I was waiting with token 4114 they calling for 4117, 4118 .. I informed to security and they changed my number.. And call center telling something in the phone that we can replace router the chargers will be add to bill we u go to counter she telling no u have to pay.. This happened on 6th July 2020 counter number . This how they work
